Are you ready to start a business?
Twenty-five questions covering what a founder actually has to get right, scored out of 100
with a breakdown by stage. It takes about two minutes, needs no account, and nothing you
answer is saved or sent anywhere.
What it covers
- Clarify — whether you can state what you sell, to whom, and separate
fact from assumption.
- Validate — what actually counts as evidence that people will buy, and
which assumption to test first.
- Position — who you really compete with, why a customer picks you, and
how you arrived at your price.
- Plan — contribution per sale, break-even, why a profitable business can
still run out of cash, and how the business is structured.
- Prepare — what belongs in a first version, what proof a first customer
sees, and what you are legally required to have in place.
- Launch — treating launch as a sequence rather than a day, where the
first ten customers come from, and how you will measure it.
What your score means
90–100 — you know this material. Akaru would be an execution workspace
for you rather than a teacher.
60–89 — solid foundations with gaps worth closing in order.
0–59 — there is a lot here you have not had to think about yet, which is
normal, and it is exactly what a guided journey is for.
